Sharron McCarty Bundick
When I think about the way Texas should look, I see Comanche County—the beautiful trees, rolling hills, creeks, sandy land, and a variety of critters. This includes deer, turkey, armadillos, squirrels, raccoons, snakes, and many more. While teaching, I briefly lived in other parts of Texas including Collin, and Scurry Counties; but most of my life was in Central Texas. I now live on a small ranch in Brown County near the Comanche County line, with my husband Eddie and with most of our children nearby.
My father was also a teacher and coach, so we did have the opportunity to move from time to time. I received my elementary and high school education from Gustine in Comanche County and Mozelle in Coleman County. I attended college at Tarleton State University completing a Bachelor of Science in General Business in 1969 and a Master of Education in 1983.
After 33 years of teaching school, the last 26 at Blanket ISD; I am elated to be using my real estate license that I obtained in 1978 at Pfingsten Real Estate, the home of the best team of talented and diverse realtors in Texas.
